"In September of 2005 I had my annual physical exam which included some blood work. When the results came back my doctor told me my cholesterol was high and wanted to put me on a cholesterol lowering drug. I was horrified at the thought because of things I had read about those kinds of drugs. I told my doctor I didn’t want to take any drugs and would try and improve the levels on my own. He agreed and asked that I have the blood work done again after 6 months. I had been taking your Omega 3/DHA Fish Oil Esters for about a month prior to my exam in September. I didn’t change anything in my diet and just continued taking 4 capsules a day of the Omega 3. In may of this year I had the blood work done again and these are the results:

"I started my son on Total Balance Unisex and Omega 3/DHA Fish Oil Esters a couple of months ago. He’s 11 and has had a very hard time with his focus and attention span through all of his school years so far. One doctor and some teachers thought he had ADHD and prescribed medication. "I have been taking the Omega 3/DHA Fish Oil Esters for about 2 months now. I started using Total Balance about 1 month ago. I have notice 2 things I would like to ask you about…. I notice that my fingernails have strengthened and become thicker and are growing faster. I like this result. Is this from the fish oil? I find that I require less sleep. I go to bed late and still wake up early, but I don’t feel tired. Is this a benefit of the Total Balance and/or Omega 3/DHA Esters? One more thing: I noticed a big change in my mental well-being very soon after I began taking the fish oil. Is this an effect of the fish oil, or am I just having good days?"

"I would like to report a very positive result in a "lipid profile" test result I received today. A little over 3 months ago I went for a physical. One of the tests was the cholesterol test. Everything was OK except my LDL was very high at 231. My HDL was OK at 48 and triglycerides were not very good at 166. Today my report was LDL-149, HDL-55, and triglycerides-89. The doctor admitted I did better than when on statins. So what did I do? I took Total Balance (4/day), Omega 3/DHA Fish Oil Esters (2/day), ate more fish and fresh fruits and vegetables, less carbohydrates and walked about 2 miles a day. I can’t give all the credit to Total Balance, but I have to believe it helped as well as the Omega 3/DHA Esters. Needless to say I’m going to continue doing the same thing and I give credit to Warren who convinced me to do the right thing."
