How do I take Neuro-Natural Sleep?
For best results we recommend taking 3 tablets 1-2 hours before your evening meal and another 3 tablets 2 hours before going to bed.

NB: If you are taking Neuro-Natural Sleep with one of our other enteric coated products try to limit the dose rate to a maximum of 4 tablets at a time in order to achieve maximum benefit. E.g. If you are taking 6 tablets per day of Neuro-Natural Sleep, plus 6 tablets per day of Total Balance, split this up into 2 tablets of each per dose, (4 tablets in total), 3 times a day, with at least a 2 hour gap between doses.

Both Total Balance and Neuro-Natural Sleep formulas can be taken with or without food because the enteric coating avoids the problem of stomach discomfort which some people experience when taking conventional tablets or capsules.

If you are taking a full dose of Neuro-Natural Sleep, we recommend taking a 2 week break every 6 months. If you are on a half dose, have a 2 week break every 12 months. This is a sound policy with all professional supplements as it ensures that your body does not become too accustomed to the nutrients over time, which could result in a loss of efficacy and thus require higher dose rates in the future to achieve the same effects.

There is generally no problem with taking additional supplements or remedies from other suppliers, although it is usually unnecessary as XtendLife has put together protocols to cover most people's needs. If you do add other supplements it is important to remember that an excess of additional supplements or some ingredients can potentially be detrimental to your health. XtendLife product ranges are designed to be taken in combination without such risks.

Trying to relax and get a good sleep when you have things on your mind or feel run down or ‘out of sorts’ is difficult. Try to do relaxing things before going to bed, such as taking a relaxing warm lavender bath, or listening to soothing music. Don’t fight insomnia should it occur as this can only make you feel worse, instead get up and do something relaxing rather than tossing and turning trying to sleep in bed, then go back to bed when you feel more relaxed.
