Who controls XtendLife?

We believe that, as a potential customer, you have a right to know who controls and owns the business you are dealing with. So, if you wish to know the facts about the XtendLife group, here they are:

XtendLife Natural Products (International) Ltd. is owned by a holding company called XtendLife Holdings Ltd. This company is a privately-held company owned and controlled by the Matthews family trusts based in New Zealand.
 
The holding company owns XtendLife Natural Products (Intl) Ltd, which carries out all the Research and Development, and distribution of products and customer relations; and Natural Products (NZ) Ltd, which manufactures all XtendLife products. It does not produce products for any other Company.
 
Warren Matthews is Chairman of all the above companies, and his sons Lance and Kane Matthews are Directors of all the above companies as well.

None of the companies are answerable to any Venture Capitalists, Banks or Corporate Shareholders who could exert any influence or pressure to put profits before customers.
