Our website prices are inclusive of FREE SHIPPING via NZ Post from New Zealand to the Philippines.

Ordinarily, this means that once your order has arrived you would receive a notification to go to your Philippine Post Office branch to claim your parcel -- either in person or c/o an Authorized Representative.

However, due to the unfortunate and all-too-frequent incidence of LOSS due to pilferage/theft, as well as the inconvenience of unpredictable DELAYS, experienced repeatedly by our Customers in their various Philippine Post Office branches, we have engaged the services of a company in Metropolitan Manila to act as our central depot for all Philippine orders.  This arrangement is the only workable way we can continue to serve the Philippine market, as it has allowed us to practicably eliminate the risk of pilferage/theft/loss and the inconvenience of unpredictable delays.

The only difference to our Customers is that, instead of going to your Post Office branch, quick and easy hassle-free pickup of your order(s) is now possible from our Country Representative's centrally-located and very accessible GREENHILLS office.  For your added convenience, we have also arranged for EXTENDED pickup hours (beyond regular Philippine Post Office hours), as follows:

8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Mondays to Fridays, and

8:00 am - 12:00 noon on Saturdays.

 

FREE Shipping, Insurance & Handling

Our website prices are inclusive of charges for the following:

1)  Shipping (via New Zealand Post to the Philippines);

2)  Insurance against pilferage/theft/loss and/or inconvenient unpredictable delays -- there is NOW absolutely NO RISK WHATSOVER for Customers who order via this website; and

3)  Handling (Philippine Postal System pickup/processing).

Under normal circumstances, orders shipped via NZ Post take about THREE WEEKS to reach the Philippines.

However, during peak periods like the Christmas Season, shipping will likely be delayed by a couple more weeks or so.

 

Greenhllls Pickup or Local Courier Delivery

For your convenience, you may CHOOSE to have your order(s):

1)  Picked up from our Philippine Representive’s office in Greenhills, San Juan, Metropolitan Manila; or

2)  FORWARDED VIA LOCAL COURIER to your doorstep for an ADDITIONAL nominal fee, particularly for Customers with Shipping Addresses outside Metropolitan Manila.

 

Door-to-Door Delivery via Local Courier 

For those who prefer the convenience of DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY of their orders -- particularly for Customers residing outside of Metropolitan Manila -- this service is available via LOCAL COURIER for an additional nominal fee, determined by distance-weight-volume.

Please note that FULL INSURANCE for the total landed value of your order is MANDATORY if you choose door-to-door delivery via Local Courier.  You may arrange for this service with our Country Representative's office when you receive their SMS (text) informing you that your order has arrived in the Philippines or that your order is ready for pickup.

 

Local Courier Charges (Third Party Rates are Subject to Change without Prior Notice)

Following are the latest Door-to-Door Delivery Rates from Greenhills:

1)  For delivery to WITHIN METRO MANILA (NCR)

Up to 1.0 Kilo = MINIMUM of PhP70.00

2)  For delivery beyond Metro Manila, WITHIN LUZON

Up to 1.0 Kilo = MINIMUM of PhP90.00 to PhP110.00, depending on location

3)  For delivery to the VISAYAS

Up to 1.0 kilo = MINIMUM of PhP110.00

4) For delivery to MINDANAO

Up to 1.0 kilo = MINIMUM of PhP110.00

Surcharges and Special Handling Fees will apply to areas outside of the Delivery Area of the local courier.

 

Insurance Charges (Third Party Rates are Subject to Change without Prior Notice)

To insure against LOSS and/or DAMAGE during transit, 1.0% of the total DECLARED VALUE of the package contents being delivered will be charged.

For example, if your order consists of two bottles of Total Balance Men's Premium worth $87.40 each and a bottle of Omega 3/DHA Esters worth $30.90, totalling $256.00, you will need to insure your package for its current equivalent value in Philippine Pesos (PhP12,288.00) based on the latest PhP:USD Exchange Rate (48:1) per Bloomberg on the day you arrange for delivery.
