Weight Loss

Introduction

This report is much more than a 'report'. It is really a small book which includes information which if applied will not only normalize your weight but will also have a profound beneficial effect on all aspects of your health and give you levels of energy and a sense of wellbeing which you likely have not experienced for many years... if indeed ever.

It was prepared primarily on the request and for the benefit of our many loyal customers... but, even if you are not a customer we will freely share this knowledge with you so you may also enhance your life by not only enabling you to lose weight if you need to but also rejuvenate your body, improve your appearance and sharpen your mind.

As you scroll down the page you will see a list of the contents. Even though this document is protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced without permission, you are welcome to print it out and distribute it to anyone you feel may benefit from it, provided the credits are kept intact... or email them the file.

It is not a 'diet' report and does not contain any recipes to 'fill' the pages. This report is designed to help you understand the barriers you have likely been facing if you have been attempting to lose weight OR have less than perfect health. With this understanding you will be able to literally turn your life around.

As always I appreciate any feedback from my readers... good or bad. I endeavor to answer all emails personally. The best way to contact me is via the contact page on the website.

Finally, I would like to draw your attention to the disclaimer at the end of the report... a sad but necessary inclusion!

OK... let's get started...

No change in Total Cholesterol, but Cholest-Natural did work!!

Question: from Dom

Just read you article on Nuclear Stress Test. I just had one done last Thursday due to chest pains i was having. Interestingly, my doctor did not do an ECG prior to recommending I take the stress test?

It is now Monday and I feel body aches like the onset of a flu. Now I'm thinking that it is the nuclear junk they put in my body. I did consult with a cardiologist friend of mine prior to having it, and he highly recommended I take the test because, "that's all we have to reveal high level blockage".

When I talked with my doctor about the Cholest Natural and Cardio Klenz I was taking, he said that natural herbs and alternatives are not regulated or approved by agencies dedicated to safety and efficacy.

While taking Cholest-Natural for a year I did not see a significant decrease in total cholesterol. Hence, I stopped taking it a month ago. Interestingly though, my doc did not put me on statins after this blood work saying I achieved some HDL/LDL improvements.

High Blood Pressure...it's a Symptom NOT a Disease!

High blood pressure is a subject that comes up regularly because it is so common, even in quite young people. It is sometimes referred to as 'the silent killer' as it can creep up on you without you being aware of it. It's considered to be a significant factor in increasing the risk of disability or death due to heart attack, stroke or kidney failure.

It is also generally considered to be a disease in its own right, but that is nonsense! High blood pressure is a SYMPTOM of a serious underlying problem. It must be addressed if you want to avoid the slippery slope down to poor health and ultimately death. (Sorry about being a little melodramatic, but it's so true).

Generally when someone finds out that they have high blood pressure they take the advice given by most Doctors and accept a prescription for anti hypertensive medication. But, are these medicines the best solution, or will they just speed up your slide down the 'slippery slope'?

Can I avoid a future knee replacement??

Question: from Audrey

This week I visited with an Orthopedic Doctor about pain in my knee. He reviewed my MRI, then told me I had degenerative bone disease. He said I do not need surgery immediately, but in the next few years, I will need total knee replacement. There must be some supplements I can take that would help me at this point. I have used your women's total balance vitamins, but recently I have run out of those, so at this time I am not taking anything. I take Ibuprofen for pain (about 12 200mg tablets per day). Please advise me if Arthrit-Eze; Bone-Protec; Omega3; Total Balance for Women are products I should try and in what amounts.

Answer: from Warren

That is a lot of Ibuprofen. It is important that you make an effort to reduce that intake and preferably get off it altogether because it creates other problems.

Why no Garlic in Cardio-Klenz?

Question: from David

How come Cardio-Klenz does not contain garlic, which has been proven many times to be benefical to heart health?

Answer: from Warren

Garlic is a great nutrient and should be incorporated into your diet as much as possible. The problem is that it is not particularly effective as a supplement because of the processing it has to go through to create a powder for use in supplements which usually includes de-odorizing. This makes it lose some of its potency.

Because of this the supplement form is quite weak which in turn requires it to be taken in large doses when in a supplement if it is to be effective.

Cholesterol and Triglycerides...

This following email just came through from a customer and related to an article which I felt many readers would be interested in.

“I've been taking your supplements for a number of years now and whenever I get my cholesterol checked out my doctor doesn't understand why I insist on finding out my triglyceride level. I had read Warren's columns' in the past and I guess this recent report confirms what Warren preaches."

Will Chiro-zyme VSCLR help keep my arteries open?

Question: from Al

My Chiropractor has put me on Chiro-zyme VSCLR. This product is distributed by enzzzyme Formulations,Inc, wwwenzymeformulations.com. I had 3 stents in June '07, 90-95-85% blockage. This VSCLR enzyme is suppose to help keep the arteries open. Any comments?

Answer: from Warren

I had a look at enzymeformulations.com.

I am not sure why your Chiropractor would be recommending the VSCLR formula. These are primarily digestive enzymes. In order to help clear your arteries you need enzymes such as Nattokinase and Serrapeptidase.
