Question: from Chris
I know you are a weight lifter and was wondering what you eat to gain muscle since your website says that eating animal protein is bad. I have heard this from many other researchers including the lead natural health doctor at Columbia University in NY, who specializes in prostate health.
I enjoy organic animal protein and especially like bison as it tastes just like hamburger and yet has less fat than skinless chicken.
I have MCS Multiple Chemical Sensitivity- any suggestions.

I have recently learned about the world wide program called Codex. Have you heard of this and what are your thoughts? I know here in the USA we are just now starting to see legislation on its take over process to squash the natural health industry for the large Pharma Companies so they can control our Health with all their wonderful medications.
This is a nightmare in the making for someone like me who use meds, but tries to limit their need with the use of natural sources of healthy products.
Question: from Lynn
Are eggs healthy for you and in what quantity?
I am totally confused with doctors and the health professionals saying eggs cause your cholesterol to rise and limit you intake to 2 a week, while, on the other side some health enthusiasts say eggs are the most perfect, wholesome food to eat and can be eaten anytime.
What's your feeling on this subject?
Also, I have been taking Total Balance Women's Plus and Omega 3 for about 7 months now and just realized that the pain in my fingers (maybe the sign of arthritis) had disappeared.
One thing that I am pleased to say is that I have never suffered from depression! However, I certainly feel for all those people who do experience depression and anxiety…and sadly there are a lot of them. More about this shortly!
Nonetheless, I used to suffer from frustration…and plenty of it! This was because there was never enough time to do what I wanted to do. These ‘things’ mainly revolved around getting the time to get information out to customers and readers alike along with answering emails, and working with Prof. Dr. Munem in the development of new products and/or improving existing ones.
I got quite a shock this morning when I read a news item about the FDA approving a new drug called Lybrel developed by Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
This drug is a new oral contraceptive pill. The standard contraceptive pill is bad enough in that it has been linked long term to breast cancer and other health issues, but this one potentially could be a lot worse!
Why? Well it works by suppressing the females menstrual cycle…totally!!
Turning a normal event into a medical condition and developing a drug to suppress it, is in my opinion going against the laws of nature and as such inevitably something will ‘give’ in those women who are persuaded to take it…and I am sure that there will be many who will.
Given the discussions that there has been on this blog recently about sunshine and sun screens’ etc I thought that it would be appropriate to bring this to your attention.
SunPill is a product produced by Pure Pharmaceuticals LLC. They claim that it will help protect the skin from the damaging effects of the sun due to its anti-oxidant effects.
According to a report by Kaiser Permanente the Women’s Health Initiative Trial involving 36,282 postmenopausal women ages 50 to 79 years showed that those women who had a regular daily intake of calcium and vitamin D were less likely to gain weight.

Adequate input of calcium and associated co-factors such as Vitamin D, and other minerals are essential, particularly if you are on a less than perfect diet, or you are showing signs of osteoporosis.
Question: from Ron
We are already getting Total Balance Men's and Women's. We are in our 80's, therefore should we be getting Unisex instead of Women's TB? Could we both be having Unisex? Also would we benefit from having more indium? The recommendations seem to say that more is good and harmless. (Is it in the men's formula?)
I should add that we are pretty fit and we eat an almost ideal diet.
